We need your voice! The City of San Bernardino is in the process of developing its Consolidated Plan, which will guide our community's housing and development priorities for the next five years. To ensure this plan reflects the needs and aspirations of our residents and stakeholders, we invite you to participate in our Housing & Community Development Survey.

Homekey – San Bernardino with Lutheran Social Services of Southern California (LSSSC)
In collaboration with Lutheran Social Services of Southern California (LSSSC), the City has embarked on a State of California HomeKey Project to establish the San Bernardino Community Wellness Campus—a non-congregate interim housing facility comprising 150 beds.
Navigation Center
The City is constructing a Navigation center at the former "School of Hope" campus to provide low barrier, non- congregate, interim housing to help address the root causes of homelessness.
Street Outreach Team
The City now has a special team under the police station, we are excited to now have C.O.A.S.T. a crisis intervention team. Their goal is to intercept calls for service before they go to patrol and/or support patrol on mental health calls.
