The Facilities and Fleet Maintenance Division is responsible for City facilities maintenance and custodial services as well as the acquisition and maintenance of City fleet vehicles and equipment.
Facilities Maintenance
The Facilities Maintenance section maintains more than a 100 City buildings, from the 105,000 square foot Class A office space of City Hall to the smallest park restrooms. There are four libraries, two senior centers, the police headquarters, a minor league baseball stadium and many other buildings. The sections main areas of responsibility are as follows:

Building Maintenance

Facilities staff are responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvement, and alterations. For emergencies please call 909-384-5041 during normal business hours. After hours or on the weekends, please contact Police Dispatch at 909-383-5311, they will contact someone in the Facilities section to service the problem. We define emergency as something that may life threatening or cause damage to the building.

Custodial Services - The division provides housekeeping services to contracted facilities and performs set-up for special events.

Utilities - More than 1,800 City utility accounts are audited and paid monthly.

Project Management - The Facilities Division contracts large projects with construction contractors for their ability to complete the work on a shorter schedule or specialty services.
Fleet Vehicles and Maintenance
The Fleet section operates and maintains the diesel, unleaded gas, and compressed natural gas (CNG). The CNG station is available to other government agencies and the public. The Division maintains Department of Motor Vehicle registration for City vehicles and manages purchase of new vehicles.
